Ingredients :
  •  2 head snapper fish (400 gr)
  •  1 teaspoon juice of lemon
  •  1.5 liter of water
  •  1 tablespoon of salt, to taste

  • 1 stalk lemon grass

Spices :
  •  5 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon buillon powder
  • salt to taste
 Directions
  1. Marinate the head snapper with lemon juice and salt. Let it for 15 minutes. And rinse it again
  2. Boil water,  put all spices, ginger and lemon grass, stir overall. Then put head fish snapper into water and cook about 15-20 minutes until head snapper more tender.
  3. Add slice tomato, cayenne peppers, sleek stir all well. Season to taste with  salt and also stir in the juice of lemon. Please taste and correct the seasoning.
  4. Laddle into large soup bowl and serve.

Delicious Food For Spinach With Love Quiche, Mushroom

Ingridients

  • Put Mushrooms, Sliced 8 oz 
  • Garlic for 1 1/2 tsp  
  • Leaf Spinach (frozen) 10 oz
  • eggs 4
  •  Milk-1% 1 cup
  • Feta Cheese 2 oz  
  • Parmesan 1/4 cup 
  • Mozzarella 1/2 cup
Directions 
  1. Make preheat cooking oven about 350 degrees. If your frozen spinach is not already melted, just melt  in the microwave. It should be empty the box into a cooking colander. Just let it drain untill  starting to prepare the rest.
  2. Rinse the mushrooms soon, cut them so thinly. Put the sliced mushrooms in a pan coated with non-stick spray.
  3. Add the minced garlic, give a little pepper and salt. Turn the heat on to medium-high and saute the mushrooms until they looks dry (it means there's no more water remains on the bottom of the pan for five minutes over.
  4. Non-stick spray has spraying into a pie dish.  Then add the crumbled feta and cooked mushrooms  after squeeze the rest of the water out of the spinach ,spread it out on the bottom of the pie dish.
  5.  Using a medium bowl, quickly whisk together the eggs until fairly smooth. Add the milk, parmesan, and other small sprinkle of peppers. Whisk to combine for completing proces cooking while the mushrooms done. At last pour  mixture into the pie dish over the spinach, mushrooms, and feta.
  6. More yummy with the shredded mozzarella cheese over top. Put the pie dish on a baking sheet for easy move into the oven.  Put the quiche into the preheated oven,baking  until it looks golden brown on top and the center is solid. Attention if every oven is different, but it will take  45 - 1 hour. So directly slice and serve!
